How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard UK delivery takes 10–20 business days and is free on orders over £79 (£3.99 below that). Express takes 5–10 business days for £8.99. Every order is tracked, and your tracking link arrives by email as soon as it ships.
Where do you ship from?
Our pieces are made by trusted production partners overseas and sent directly to you with tracked delivery. Working this way keeps our prices fair, and the delivery times above already allow for the journey.
What are your pieces made of?
Most of our jewellery is stainless steel that is lead-, nickel- and cadmium-free, and our band rings are tungsten carbide. Each product page lists its exact materials, sizes and care.
How does the 15% multi-buy discount work?
Add 3 or more pieces to your basket and 15% comes off automatically at checkout. No code needed.
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return any unworn item in its original condition for a full refund. Email support@boldwer.com with your order number to start a return. If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, we cover the return postage.
