Refund policy

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

How to return an item

Email support@boldwer.com with your order number before sending anything back. As we work with international suppliers, we will confirm the correct return address for you. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
