Refund Policy
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
How to return an item
Contact support@boldwer.com with your order number before sending anything back — as we work with international suppliers, we'll confirm the correct return address for you. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
Contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll cover the cost of a replacement or full refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
